A unique adventure in Lomas de Arena Park

The Lomas de Arena Regional Park is located 12 km southeast of the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. To get to the Lomas de Arena you can take Av. Santos Dumont in the direction of Plan 4,000, follow the path that ends in the hills and walk a few kilometers to the dunes. You can also use public transport since bus 21 reaches this site. Upon entering, a fee of Bs 10 (1.5 USD) is paid. It covers an area of more than 13,000 ha, of which 3,000 ha are sand distributed between dunes, savanna, hills and a main lagoon. It is recommended to visit on a sunny day with little wind, bring plenty of water, a hat, sunscreen and glasses. Bolivia closes borders with Brazil for 7 days

The Bolivian government has decided to close the border crossings with Brazil for 7 days from zero hours on April 2, which may be extended according to the reports that are made at the end of the term. According to the decree promulgated, this measure responds to the increase in infections in border cities such as Guayaramerín and Puerto Quijarro , allows transit for three hours a day between both countries and allows for the partial or total closure of other border crossings if necessary. Likewise, the contracting of health insurance for non-residents and a negative PCR test with a maximum advance of 72 hours will be required to enter the national territory by any land, air or river means. Additionally, a 10-day quarantine will be necessary and another PCR test will be required on the seventh day.

Uyuni carries out a cleaning day at the train cemetery

At the head of the French Alexis Dessard , on Saturday, March 27, the cleaning day was held in the train cemetery of the city of Uyuni, famous for the salt flat of the same name. Throughout the morning, more than a hundred people made up of volunteers, officials from the mayor's office and the military organized to give a new face to this tourist place. The initiative went viral through a video where the French tourist calls the population and its authorities to reflection to return its magical charm to the place and that all who go can better enjoy this place full of magic and history. From early in the morning, the Uyuni neighborhood council, the IV Loa Infantry Regiment and some other tourists concentrated in the place and it was the army band that started the activity with different tunes. A few days in Caranavi

Known as the coffee capital of Bolivia, Caranavi is located 3 hours from the city of La Paz. Virtual Puchero Fair in Cochabamba

Due to the health emergency, this year the traditional fair of the Puchero, the Concertina and the Accordion will be held virtually on Sunday, February 7. Amaszonas launches a single rate to all its destinations within Bolivia

Amaszonas launches for the first time the single fare promotion to all its national destinations, an unprecedented campaign not only for the airline but also the first of its kind in the country. In what it called a commitment "to the reunion of families and their economy", the company is offering all its routes for Bs. 369 (53 USD) with flexible tickets, the possibility of choosing dates without exclusions, including seat selection and luggage in warehouse. Torotoro - land of dinosaurs

Our tour begins in the city of Cochabamba, where we will board a minibus that will take us to our destination.
